"I'm ALIVE: Saved with Amazing Grace"

Ephesians 2:8-9

"For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this is not from ourselves, it is the gift of God. Not by works, so that no one can boast."
Ever wondered how and why you are blessed to see another day? Or is it just a normal routine that you feel you blend into: go to sleep and just wake up to see another new day?
For me, its more than that. When you hear the statistics of people not waking up in a day, or families where tragic things happen overnight. It makes you stop and think. Wait a minute that could have happened to me or my family....And to tell you the truth, things like that have happened in my household before. But thanks be to God for healing and being able to see other peaceful days. It gets to a point where you can say freely,  'I am actually grateful and blessed to see another day' and just smile with it. God's grace is truly amazing.

When we do wrong and normally beat ourselves up about it, its always good to remember that we can be our own worst enemies. God's grace does not only bless us to see another day or gives us life to live but it also forgives us of all our sins and saves us from our mistakes now & always. Read below what the Bible says about when we sin and ask for forgiveness from the bottom of our hearts:
"For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more" (Hebrews 8:12)
This doesn't mean that we must purposely go out and intentionally do harm to others or wrong and expect God's grace to pull us out once we say 'sorry'. The thing is God sees our hearts: "for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart" (I Samuel 16:7)  and as much as He is faithful to forgive us and most of all show us his unconditional love through grace, in life we still have to face consequences for our own actions. Therefore as the saying goes, think before you speak and take wise actions than wrong careless actions.

Sometimes we can live in fear of none acceptance, judgement, lies and so forth. But through the grace of God there is freedom. There is new life and there is hope. Hope that expands to peace of mind and joy overflowing that's the beauty of GRACE. For some of us through accepting G.R.A.C.E, you feel this beauty straight away, others it takes time, depending on what you have been through. But either way, please remember the GRACE of the Lord is ever sufficient for you ALL.

God is NOT mad at you, He just wants you to feel the warm embrace of His loving grace. So be easy on yourself. You are Forgiven and loved.

I'll leave you with what Pastor Mike Landry said: 'Grace reveals God’s unconditional love for man as well as His forethought about a redeemed relationship.  His grace is given at His discretion.  We cannot earn it, nor will we ever deserve it.  It is bestowed as a gift that can be received or rejected.  It is provided to man at great expense.  The death of Jesus Christ on the cross completely paid the debt for our sin and opens the door for our faith response.'
